When daily work supports strategy, and strategy supports a shared vision, an organization runs the way it’s meant to. Total Alignment builds that connection, and makes it last.
Translating strategic decisions into concrete actions is a challenge for most organizations.

What is Total Alignment?
Shared Commitment : Everyone understands the vision, and is genuinely committed to it.
Role Clarity : Every position knows exactly what’s required of it to execute the strategy.
Right Talent, Right Role : The right people, in the right roles, own the right metrics.
Collaborative Synergy : Cross-functional collaboration compounds performance at every level.

Our Process has four Systems
Scorecard System
We review or define your key performance indicators (KPIs), assign them roles, and complement it with a system that establishes accountability for each jobholder based on his/her contribution to the vision of your organization.
Tracking System
Our tracking system provides feedback on performance, escalates the results from each individual, and maintains their performance history, helping your organization sustain alignment.
Problem-Solving System
This system goes to the precise identification of a problem, its root causes, and solution strategies, resulting in commitments with clear deliverables, responsible owners, and due dates. This system enables companies to shift from a culture of excuses to a culture of solutions.
Management System
Comprised of the twin processes of Team Review and Vertical Review. Team Review is a future-focused team process aimed at improving the scorecard of natural team leaders. Vertical Review is a future-focused one-on-one coaching process of a boss with direct reports aimed at empowering and developing the direct report. The twin processes are inter-related and complement each other.
