Riaz Khadem

Founder of Infotrac & Creator of the Total Alignment System

The mind behind Total Alignment. Over four decades, Riaz and his team developed and refined the methodology that has transformed hundreds of organizations across industries worldwide. Formed at Illinois, Harvard and Oxford, he is the Chairman of Infotrac, and co-author of Total Alignment and its prequel, One Page Management, published in thirteen countries.

Linda Khadem

Member of Infotrac Board & Corporate Counsel

Board member and Corporate Counsel of Infotrac, Linda co-authored the Total Alignment book and has played a central role in shaping how the methodology is structured, legally protected, and communicated globally. Her legal and business background at Illinois and Emory, brings rigor to everything the system stands for.

Houman Motlagh

Commercial Director

Houman leads Infotrac's commercial strategy and international growth. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from EGADE Business School, and has supplementary studies at MIT, Schulich, Sacro Cuore, and Santiago. He has spent over 15 years consulting in more than 20 countries, the last several years leading Total Alignment engagements in the United States, Brazil, and Mexico. He also teaches Organizational Behavior and Leadership, and Strategic Management, in MBA programs across Mexico and abroad.

Sergio Ona

Director of Operations

Sergio leads Infotrac's operations, bringing prior experience as an entrepreneur and in sales and management across banking, hospitality, consulting, and training. He holds an MBA in Small and Medium Enterprise from Foro Europeo Business School and a Master's in Financial Management from ESIC Business School, and has spent over 15 years leading Total Alignment engagements across the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Spain.

Ingmar Groppe

Director of Technology

Ingmar leads Infotrac's technology initiatives, with over 25 years managing technology projects and coordinating teams of every size. He holds a Master's in IT Management and a degree in Electronic Systems Engineering, both from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and speaks English, Spanish and German. He has spent over 15 years leading Total Alignment engagements across the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Spain.

Sandra Barbosa

Senior Consultant

Sandra brings over 12 years of management consulting experience, the last 10 driving Total Alignment implementations across Mexico and Colombia. She holds a Master's in Strategic and Prospective Thinking from Universidad Externado de Colombia and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander.

Jaime Sanmartín

Senior Consultant

Jaime brings over 15 years of international consulting experience across England, Spain, the Americas, and Central Africa, the last 10 leading Total Alignment engagements in Mexico, the US, Brazil, Colombia, and Germany. Before consulting, he built businesses in hospitality and real estate and led international expansion for INDITEX. He holds an MBA from London Business School and a law degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), and speaks Spanish, English, French, German, and Portuguese.

Fernando del Corral

Fernando has spent over 20 years working with international organizations as an executive and team coach, trainer, and talent development consultant, the last 5 leading Total Alignment engagements in Mexico and the United States. He founded the Colegio Superior de Coaching in 2015, holds an EMBA from IESE Business School, and is a certified practitioner in MBTI, FIRO-B, NLP, and 360-degree feedback tools.
