Unlike the majority of management systems implemented in corporations today, Total Alignment has sustainability built into the system.
As conditions constantly change in the global economy, organizations must be able to sustain their alignment yet have the flexibility to adapt to change.
Sustaining alignment keeps the company in alignment. This is done through three unique management processes: Team Review, Vertical Review and Leadership.
Team Review
Team Review is an effective instrument for focusing the team on achieving excellence. Through an upward focused model, the team reviews the factors of the team leader and engages in innovative problem solving to develop action plans for moving all the indicators to the green zone. The methodology of team review applies to natural, cross functional and project teams. The result is tangible benefits to the bottom line.
Vertical Review
Vertical Review is critical to maintaining alignment. It allows for adjustment in course and also for flexibility in focusing and developing each manager’s direct reports. It enables each individual to remain focused on contribution to the vision and strategy and greatly increases motivation. Vertical Review is key to the success of Total Alignment.
Leadership
Leadership is one-on-one coaching process of the top people in your organization with our senior consultant to align the management style and behaviors of the leader with the new culture of Total Alignment. The process involves a confidential 360 evaluation of the leader’s existing style on 10 areas of leadership, and subsequent feedback followed by coaching for the leader. Through this coaching process, the leader discovers how he or she can become more effective in sustaining alignment within the organization. |
