Who is accountable for what or are we all accountable for the same thing? Many organizations haven't asked this question. Is someone accountable for sales or are we all accountable for sales? If a person and his or her boss can both impact a result, who is actually accountable for the result?
These are some of the questions addressed in the Accountability Module. Many organizations have measurement, yet still lack clear accountability. This module is the key link between the maps developed in Vision and Strategy and the people in the organization.
The outcome of this module is the assignment of accountability for measurable results at the right level and position in the organization. It gives each person a personalized scorecard to own and take care of. The Accountability module is an indispensable process that makes alignment come to life. It is the cornerstone of Total Alignment.
