Our History

Infotrac, Inc. was founded by Dr. Riaz Khadem in 1984 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. The impetus for the original formation of the company was the realization that organizations of every size were struggling with information overload.

Dr. Khadem developed concepts which enabled each manager to focus on the critical information necessary to manage effectively. These concepts were introduced in the book, One Page Management, which became a business classic throughout the US, Latin America and Europe.

During the next decade One Page Management was translated and distributed in 13 countries. The company services expanded internationally.

As the concepts were implemented in large companies, the need for a sophisticated software tool to track performance at all levels of the organization became apparent.

To meet the needs of tracking information, TOPS-The One Page Software was developed. TOPS has been consistently improved and is now a web based solution available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

In 2002 Dr. Khadem responded to the need for a second book in the Latin market. Total Alignment took the concepts presented in One Page Management to a much higher level by addressing not only the need for managers to focus but to align themselves with the organization's vision and strategy. This book expanded Infotrac’s operations in Latin countries.

In 2007 both books were updated to incorporate the latest learning of over 20 years of experience in the field. The two books were published in the US, Spain and Latin America in 2008, and One Page Management was released in Japan and South Korea.

Infotrac offers consulting support combined with a state of the art software to help organizations achieve Total Alignment within their organizations.

Infotrac’s partial list of major clients has included Eastman Kodak, Bellsouth, Bank of America, Avery Dennison, GE Capital Mortgage in the USA, British Home Stores, Mothercare in UK, Volksfürsorge in Germany, Hippo Bank and Romerquelle in Austria, Coca Cola Femsa, Liverpool and Grupo Bimbo in México.
